• Unused garments can be exchanged within 7 days along with purchase receipt. All labels/tags must be intact.
• No cash refunds.
• Accessories (bags, jewelry, etc.) cannot be exchanged.
• Any claim is to be approved by the company. No claim is to be accepted after 30 days of purchase. For any claim, purchase receipt is required.
• No exchange or damage claim of garments from previous season.
• No exchange or claim of garments sold on “SALE”.
• Once “SALE” starts, the sale price shall be the final price for any exchange.
